Company purpose is the letting of vehicles and services connected to this. Data collection, data processing and the use of data occurs only for the exercise of this purpose. - Description of the person or group concerned and the relevant data:
Clients, lessees, drivers or staff as well as suppliers and service providers if necessary to meet the purpose mentioned under 4. - Recipients or categories of recipients who can be informed about the data:
Public bodies possessing preferential statutory provisions, external contractors for the implementation of order data processing according to § 11 BSDG, and internal departments for the implementation of the purpose mentioned under 4. - Prescribed terms for deletion of the data:
The law has enacted multiple stipulations concerning data retention periods. After expiration of these retention periods, the relevant data is deleted as a matter of routine.
